How do I connect an audio/video cable X3(red white yellow) to input X2(no red socket)?

the new converter for digital to analog box will output with (red white yellow), my old TV only has (white yellow) input. I've been using this TV with an antenna to get local channels only when satelitte goes down. I want to continue using this TV if possible.

that is a stereo AC hook up to a mono one. In most cases you need to just hook up the L channel (white) as most devices will compensate for the missing channel, you should never combine the two as this would be an impedance miss match.

Types of Audio Cable
