Where can one buy an optical audio-to-composite cord?

My new TV only has optical audio output, while my stereo only has composite audio input.
In order to connect my TV to my stereo, I would need some sort of converter. Do they make optical-to-composite audio cables? If not, what is the best cheap high-quality optical-to-digital converter that I can buy?

Here are the specs of what I need (a cord that joins the following):
Output (TV): Optical/Digital/PCM/Dolby Digital/Fiber Optic (shaped like a semicircle combined with half a square, two semicircle like "ears" on both sides, hole in the middle)
Input (Stereo): Composite/RCA/Phono (Red/White)

The optical carries 6 speakers worth of sound. Your stereo only has left/right analog inputs.

Look on your local CraigsList. There are many good Yamaha, Denon, Onkyo and Sony 5.1 receivers selling for about $100. Since about 1993 - these units all have the correct optical input. They wont have Component switching, iPod, or HDMI inputs, but optical 5.1 is still optical 5.1.
